La Voix To Star In Annie UK Tour
Miss Hannigan - Sashay You Stay!
A brand-new UK & Ireland tour of the beloved musical Annie has confirmed its first casting, and the fabulous La Voix (star of RuPaul's Drag Race Season 6 and Strictly Come Dancing) will be bringing her diva-sparkle to the role of the love-to-hate orphanage matron.
La Voix joins a rather iconic line of Hannigans - previous productions have seen Craig Revel Horwood, Paul O'Grady, Elaine C Smith and Jodie Prenger in the role.
More casting will be revealed soon, but we do know one familiar face returning: Alex Bourne (The Wizard of Oz) is back as billionaire Oliver Warbucks.

About Annie UK Tour
The tour is based on Curve Leicester's hugely successful revival of Annie, and kicks off at London's New Wimbledon Theatre on 23 May 2026 - before heading off on a massive adventure across Birmingham, Manchester, Cardiff, Dublin, Glasgow, Belfast, Norwich, Edinburgh, Liverpool and a long list of other cities.
Of course, the show brings with it all the classics - It's the Hard Knock Life, Easy Street, and Tomorrow. Set in 1930s New York, the musical follows bold little Annie, stuck in Miss Hannigan's grim orphanage until fate hands her a chance to spend Christmas with the wealthy Oliver Warbucks.
The production will once again be directed by Nikolai Foster, known for hits like Kinky Boots and The Silence of the Lambs.
